Absolutely! We love custom orders. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we'll provide a quote. Most custom pieces take 5–10 business days to craft.

We accept all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets — all processed securely through Cashfree.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Standard delivery is ₹60 for orders below ₹999, and express delivery is available at ₹99 where applicable.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 days after dispatch, and express delivery takes 2–4 days. Made-to-order items require additional 5–10 days for crafting. We ship PAN India from Durg, Chhattisgarh.

In-stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours with photos. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring). Dry flat in shade away from direct sunlight. Avoid using a washing machine or dryer. Store folded in a dry place.
