Processing Time
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order & custom items: 5–10 business days for crafting, then dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Standard delivery: ₹60 flat rate across India.
- Express delivery: ₹99 flat rate (where available).
Delivery Timelines
- Standard: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Express: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We ship PAN India from our location in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using your order number on our Track Order page. You will also receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp or email. We cannot modify addresses once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
